The 18-hole “Alpine Bay” course at the Alpine Bay Resort facility in Alpine, Alabama features 6,518 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . The course rating is 70.9 and it has a slope rating of 129. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, ASGCA, the Alpine Bay golf course opened in 1973. Shawn Rider manages the course as the Owner/General Manager/Golf Professional.

It is in a very remote area with the nearest fast food being about 15 minutes away. There is a local restaurant named Finchers just down the road that we loved. the Desoto Caverns is just a few miles away.

The unit is huge! 1200 square feet and just lovely with a jacuzzi tub. It has a grill just outside the door and the area is relaxing with plenty to do within a short drive. Beautiful countryside and a great area to relax and enjoy time with your family!
