Description
We are a small family-owned trailer park with only 30 spaces for RVs and park models. At least half of our residents are full-time while the others are weekenders or snowbirds. Hidden in a residential community but located right on the Colorado River, we are very special and so is our 50-plus community. Our location offers privacy and quiet living while still offering access to all the river recreation activities.
Bullhead City offers extensive local shopping including historic “old” Bullhead City and our more modern shopping centers.
Recreational activities in town include jet ski rentals, boat and houseboat rentals, fishing, tubing, floating, and – of course – swimming! Gambling at any of the local casinos in Laughlin, Nevada, is just ten minutes away (across the bridge and you are there!).
If you are single, you will appreciate the sense of community we have here in the park — you will feel safe here and you will be among friends. We have a monthly newsletter, potluck, and a variety of community activities for those who wish to socialize.
We provide free DishNetwork with premium channels (HBO and Encore premium channels), water, and sewer; you pay your own electric. Each spot has a sizable cement pad/patio and small yard. You are welcome to erect fences or even sun rooms for greater privacy and more living space. Gardens are welcome, too!
We accept only monthly rentals, per Bullhead City regulations. We are sorry, but we have no units for rent – you must either bring your own RV or you may purchase one of the two units that are currently for sale in the park.
