The Poolside Studio Suites have a a queen size bed, a full bath with hair dryer, a mini kitchen including coffee pot, complimentary coffee, microwave, toaster, small fridge and a three-burner oven,and cable TV. The Lakeview Superior 2-Bedroom Suite offers a Queen bed in in each of the two bedrooms, queen size sleeper sofa in living room, cable TV either the living room and 1 bedroom, dining area, full kitchen including dishwasher and complimentary coffee, large deck with hammock and with seating overlooking Marco Lake, two full baths with hair dryers and privately controlled central air-conditioning and heat. The Poolside 2-Bedroom Suite has Queen bed in each of two bedrooms, queen size sleeper sofa in living room, cable TV in both living and bedroom, dining area, full kitchen, full bath and self-controlled central air-conditioning and heat. Deposit requirements as follows, payment in full for 2 days or less at time of booking, 50% deposit for stays of 3 or more days. Deposits are applied to first and last night stay. Holiday deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are given in credit-vouchers only. The balance including tax is due upon arrival.
