The laundry room is in the back of the building! You can use the same key to open front, back and laundry locks

The apt has one off-street parking spot!

10 Mins drive to Santa Monica beach! 5 Mins to U.C.L.A. 5mins drive to West L.A and 10 Mins to Sunset!

Monthly rate: 2400 for studio.
If you want to add Cable TV: service fee: 150
If you want to add air bed : one bed 20 dollars extra per day.
Deposit 100 dollars is due in cash when you check in. It is refundable if there is no damage of my apt!!
One time cleaning fee is 39 dollars.

I also have other locations : Santa Monica, West L.A, UCLA, Beverly Hills! Studios and one bedroom. Please come to the website to check it out!

The Check-in time is After one o’clock and check-out time is before 11 am. If you need to stay in the apt later than 11am please let me know. If my next clients come late I will work it out with you.
