It is only 2 miles from Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, 0.1 mile to UCLA. The location is very convenient, because everything is around you. Easy-access and walking distance to variety of restaurants, supermarkets, Los Angeles Library and Postal office. Bus lines are also on the corner.

The lease term is flexible! It can be from 1 night up to 1 year lease. It has already been nicely and professionally designed with all the elegant furniture you need to live in. It also has a huge closet, kitchen, and a nice bathroom.

All utilities (internet, water, trash, electricity) are included!

It is about 15-25 mins from the airport ( L.A.X) depends one traffic. No matter how late you arrive that is ok!
