Dear friends – are you planning to come to a world famous vacation spot- Santa Monica? Hotels in this area are so pricey! Why not rent a comfortable apartment at only 1/3 of a local hotel price?

Brand new Santa Monica furnished one bedroom with Chinese antique furniture! Hardwood floors! It’s your best choice for a home away from home!

Only 13 blocks walking distance to the pier. 10 blocks walking distance to shopping area!

This apt has laundry facility in the building, comes with one parking spot.

Brand new remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Free Wifi and cable T.V.

It is about 15-25 mins from the airport ( L.A.X) depends one traffic. No matter how late you arrive that is ok!

Why stay in hotels? You can cook your own meals and save a lot money! Super nice neighborhood!

I provide a max of 3 towels!

I also have apts in West L.A , Walking distance to U.C.L.A and also Beverly Hills. Studios or one bedroom.

Check in time is after one pm and check out time is before 11 am.

The Check-in time is After one o’clock and check-out time is before 11 am. If you need to stay in the apt later than 11am please let me know. If my next clients come late I will work it out with you.

One time cleaning fee 35 dollars.

99 dollars is flat rate including taxes. Other than the cleaning fee, I don’t charge any additional fees.
