Unload your car, throw away your keys and enjoy staying at our unit that has stunning views of Blue Mountain. Mountain Walk can accommodate a larger family/group or can be very comfortable for two families wishing to enjoy time together and share the cost.

This beautifully cared for four bedroom units, is ideally located directly across from Blue Mountain Village and is only steps from the ski hills, Intrawest Village for shopping, entertainment and dining. Just walk home after a day or night of skiing or after drinks and dinner! Enjoy the convenient access to the ski slopes in the winter and just steps to Monterra golf, gondola, hiking and biking trails in the spring, summer and fall. You can also enjoy the nearby beautiful public beaches for swimming.

The fireplace adds ambiance for winter enjoyment and is air conditioned for summer comfort. This condominium features a great entertaining space with panoramic views of Blue Mountain.

Winter Rates: December 1 – March 31:
Weekday rentals- $330.00/night
Weekend rentals – $400.00/night (Friday and Saturday are rented together, some exceptions may apply)
Weekly rate – $1600.00

Summer Rates: June 1 – Labour Day
Weekday rentals- $275.00
Weekend rentals – $350.00 (Friday and Saturday are rented together, some exceptions may apply)
Weekly rate – $1200.00

April 1 – May 31 and After Labour Day – November 30:
Weekday rentals- $240.00/night
Weekend rentals – $300.00/night (Friday and Saturday are rented together, some exceptions may apply)
Weekly rate – $950.00

All prices include taxes and are based on a 2 night stay
Discount on daily prices for stays that are 3 or more nights

Christmas Holidays: $400.00 per night
New Years: 3 night min. (Dec.29 – Jan. 1 or Dec. 30 – Jan. 2) inquire for rates.
Summer Long Weekend: 3 night min. (Fri., Sat., and Sun.) $350.00 per night
February Long Weekend: 3 night min. (Fri., Sat., and Sun.) $400.00 per night
March Break: $400.00 per night

Please Note: Due to the numerous requests received, reservations are confirmed when a deposit has been received. Reservations are not based on order of inquiry. Therefore, if there are several requests for the same dates, the condo is reserved for the first person to make a deposit.

Due to the large volume of requests, if there is another request for the same dates that you have inquired about, you will not be notified of the other request.

Last Minute Rentals – Payment deposit must be made at least one week prior to reservation date in order to provide sufficient time to courier key cards and parking passes.

Security Deposit – we do require a fully refundable security deposit, which would be returned after inspection of the premises and when the key cards and parking pass have been returned.

We require 50% of the rental fee to confirm your reservation.

Short Term Rental Agreement is required.
