WE WOULD, HOWEVER, CONSIDER A SWAP DURING THIS TIME TO SOMEPLACE WARM AS WELL!!! MAYBE EVEN TEMPT US TO SWAP WITH YOU TO SOMEPLACE WARM AFTER FEB 2010 AS WELL!

We own a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo in South Vancouver with 19 foot high ceilings. The 2 bedrooms are located on either side of the living room and all 3 rooms face the river! The river is a ‘working’ river so we love to sit on the deck and watch the tugs/barges/boats/houses float by…. catch the odd eagle perching in the trees and watch the occasional beaver swim by.

We have access to a Hot-tub and an Exercise Room with treadmill/elliptical/bike/weights just 1 block from our place. See pics..

A seawall runs along the river in front of our place, perfect for walking or bike riding, and we have 2 bikes for your use. We are very centrally located in Vancouver. We are about 20 minutes to ‘downtown’; 15 minutes to the Vancouver Airport in Richmond and the 2010 Olympic Skating Oval! We are about 10 minutes away from 2 large shopping malls, Metro town and Oakridge Centre. The Fraserview Golf course is 5 minutes away. We are a 1/2 hour drive away from the BC Ferries terminal to Vancouver Island and Victoria. We are a 2 hour drive away from Whistler/Blackcomb Ski mountain.
