FURTHER DETAILS OF HOME:
This house is on the east side of town and has three levels. The top level has the two master bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. Both bedrooms are quite large, but the main master is the largest with a jetted tub, steam shower, televison and dvd player. It has a view of the Ten Mile mountain range and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. The second master bedroom faces the south with a very good view of Baldy Mountain. Both of these bedrooms have large walk-in closets. This level also has a loft used as an office. There is Comcast hi-speed (wired) that is available for you if you need it

The second level is the main living area with the foyer, kitchen, living room, dining room, large laundry/mud room. The kitchen has 3 sinks, gas range, and wine cooler. This floor also has the large wraparound deck with gas grill. There is also a wood burning fireplace with a ample supply of seasoned wood. This level has good views of the ski resort.

The lower level of the home has two more bedrooms that share a large full bath. One of these bedrooms is quite large with a walk-in closet. This floor has the media room, wet bar with refrigerator and sink, game room – or additonal eating area, and a gas fireplace. There is also a two person futon and single rollaway. Multitude of dvds, vhs tapes, board games and puzzles. Access to the outside CalSpa hot tub is from this floor.
