Description

Seven night rental from March 13 to March 19, 2010 at the recently remodeled Silverado II luxury condominium, a 2 bedroom/2 bath, which sleeps six, with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, cable TV, and deck.

On-site amenities include indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, game room, bar/lounge, ski shop, laundry facilities, ballroom, conference room and underground parking.

Silverado II is just .5 mile from the center of Winter Park, 9,000 feet up the mountain. Located 3 miles from the Winter Park ski area, and on the free shuttle route.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 must be received 60 days in advance. The balance is due no later than 15 days prior to rental date. I will then forward a rental agreement to you. A confirmation letter will be sent upon full payment. You will pick up your keys at the front desk.

Winter Park Resort is located 67 miles northwest of Denver and 85 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA). Winter Park is the least expensive of the destination resorts in Colorado ($58/day on a multi-day ticket). With 24 lifts, 2,762 skiable acres, 5 separate mountains, covering 134 designated trails, plus a terrain park, Winter Park has something for everyone. Winter Park with over 359 inches / 9.1 meters, has the most consistent snow season after season. It has a great ski school and especially good children’s programs. The town is pleasant and friendly, with plenty of good restaurants, a movie theater, and a nice atmosphere.
