#1858~OCEAN FRONT – BEAUTY- GREAT AREA – You will come back year after year to this beautiful 4500-square-foot, beach house right on the Gulf. To see it is to love it. The travertine tile and detail throughout most of the house is simply stunning.

Three master bedroom suites (king-size beds) each 20-feet-wide hang over the beach, and each has its own jacuzzi tub.

The views of the beach and Gulf are unrestricted in all directions. The private dune walkover leads from the 500-square-foot deck over the dunes to the most beautiful beach in the USA.

The ground floor contains a two-car garage and the vestibule leading to the stairs and elevator which take you to the main floor. There you will find one of the master suites (king bed) and the kitchen, living, and dining areas all of which open onto the deck which runs the entire 55-foot width of the house. The deck is very private and is furnished for outdoor dining and sunning.

You will love the views from the kitchen which is equipped with state of the art Sub-Zero and Thermadore equipment. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a long bar/counter with bar stools for additional eating space. The couch pulls out for additional sleeping and a full bath is directly accessible from the sleeper area and the laundry/beach entry room.

The main bedroom floor has two master suites (with king beds) separated by a TV/seating area with a sleeper sofa. A stone deck again runs the full width of the house with access from these three rooms opening onto the best Gulf view in the Panhandle. The only bedroom not directly on the beach is on this floor, and has twin beds and a full bath which can be shared with anyone sleeping on the sleeper.

The tower room which opens onto its own private deck has a mini kitchen and full bath and a queen size murphey bed that can sleep two more. It is the perfect private spot for your mother-in-law.

Whether you are sitting on the beach with your feet in the surf or having cocktails on the deck enjoying the sunset, you will be planning your next trip to this one-of-a-kind beach house.

This House opens from nearly All Rooms directly onto the Gulf, the Dune Walkover takes you to the Most Beautiful Beach in this country where you can enjoy all of your Favorite Beach Activities, Fabulous Dining and Shopping is within walking distance, Destin, Grayton Beach, and Seaside are within easy drives, The county has just built a bike path which runs from the house to past Seaside, and if you would like to rent bikes we will be happy to deliver them to you at no additional charge…$15 per day, complete with helmets, pads, and locks.

There are so many fun things to do in the area.
