A cute, cozy 1 bedroom in a lovely South Florida renovated older home in a tropical neighborhood.

Unlike staying in a hotel, you’ll get every amenity you’ll need for your stay including a full kitchen, in-unit washer-dryer, central air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, local phone service, wireless internet, ceiling fans, tropical yard with outdoor furniture, all linens (including beach towels) and so much more.

Two people can sleep confortable in the queen bed, but the living room couch is big and comfortable for a third if needed.

This duplex is very centrally located, too — within 1.5 miles to the famous Fort Lauderdale beach, 1.5 miles to shopping and restaurants on Las Olas Blvd, 1.5 miles to trendy Wilton Manors and just 7 miles to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. Plus, there is a full grocery store, restaurants and 24 hour Walgreens (convenience/drug store) within a few blocks.
