Weekly Rental rates-Winter- $1590 plus 11% tax
Spring/Fall rates-$2190 plus 11% tax
Summer Rates-$2995 plus 11% tax
Weekly Rates includes cleaning fee.

Cleaning fee of $165 will be added to rentals less than 4 nights.
