Beautiful executive pool home that is 2800 sq feet under air…20×20 Tile thru the whole home with many upgrades such as high pitched ceilings,wet-bar, large walk-in pantry, over sized bedrooms & closets with a king size bed,queen size and two twin beds. Large marble baths with the master bath having a large jacuzzi for that private relaxing salt bath…full amenity laundry room with front loader washer/dryers, ceiling fans in each room with central air thru the home, WI-FI internet inside and outside by the pool area that has an oversized patio including 6 tanning lounger chairs with out-door dining table for pool side dinners, cocktails, board-games and outdoor grilling.

Garage indoor parking and private outdoor parking.

Rates include all taxes and fees except the normal cleaning fee. Cleaning Fee: $100 Cancellations and Refunds: 100% refundable if you give a two week notice before arrival of date schedule Other Fees: $150 Security/Hold Deposit on weeklys and $350 Security/Hold on monthlys
