This luxurious unit is brand new and located in the building right next to the clubhouse and the pool.. ( Building #10) It is a spectacular 2001 square feet condo . It has the best location in Vista Cay , and will surely meet your every need Come back after a long day either at the parks or Convention Center and relax in our beautifully decorated and comfortable condo.

The living room is large , open floor plan, high ceilings, boasts a large screen 50 inch PLASMA TV with Play Station 2 and DVD player along with a leather sofa and a love seat . The master suit is tastefully decorated with a king bed and upgraded pillow top mattress and a PLASMA TV and a DVD player. Huge master bathroom, separate shower and a tub , plenty of towels and Egyptian cotton-satin sheets. The second bedroom has the same deluxe acc ommodations (king) as the master with a PLASMA TV. The third bedroom has been furnished with two full beds (no small twins). This room also has a PLASMA TV . Another full bathroom.

This unit also has a comfortable and spacious office area with a desk and an additional queen pull-out sleeper sofa providing a fifth separate bed .
