The first level consists of a bedroom with queen bed, full bath, living room with fireplace, and pullout queen sofa-bed, TV, washer/dryer, dining area, and full kitchen. A four person hot tub is also featured. On the second level, a bedroom with twin beds, a master suite with queen size bed, and a full bath are available. Has a large deck on the back. Villa sleeps up to eight.

The Recreation Center has a year round indoor pool, exercise & weight room, game room, Wi-Fi Hot Spot, tennis courts, basketball court, miniature golf, AND a playground.
