Beautiful sunsets, star gazing, doves and rare birds to sing you awake. Just far enough away from the shoreline heat at a comfortable 400′ elevation, with beaches, snorkeling, tide pools and turtles nearby.

2000 square feet (on one level) has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 4 mini bed rooms with single beds, entertainment room with 2 futons, 2 baths, a kitchen and kitchenette, laundry room, dining room, and large covered lanai. A ping pong table, lawn/card/board games, beach towels, boogie boards, and ice chests are all available for your use. Huge gorgeous lawn for playing and lounging.

This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 1 mile from the heart of Kailua-Kona. Convenient shopping, dining, and entertainment in this quaint Hawaiian town. Plenty of beaches close by.

Rent a car to tour the entire Big Island. Enjoy Kona’s near perfect weather with a comfortable 5 degree cooler temperature (and less humidity) than at locations along the shore. Nights usually bring a gentle flow of cool air off Mt. Hualalai.
