Description

Paradize III is a beachfront single family home on a double lot that is know for bringing you back in time to the old Hawaii. Its double glass sliding patio doors open up to an enclosed patio that looks out over the front lawn to the open ocean, where you can swim, surf, fish or just stroll along the waters edge.

Paradize III is located in South/ West Oahu approximately 17 miles from the Honolulu International Airport and 22 miles from downtown Waikiki.

Paradize III is a two bedroom, 1 3/4 bath beachfront home with a loft. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath and double headed shower, spa tub and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and large closet space.
In addition the couch folds out to a full size bed along with the loft where a futon couch can turn into a bed. An additional bathroom is upstairs in the loft area with a toilet, shower and sink.

Paradize III also includes, cable TV, CD player,internet access, microwave, coffee- maker, toaster, blender, full size refrigerator, stove, barbecue, dinnerware, cookware, linens, and towels.

In addition there is the Kapolei 12 Plex theatre only six miles away and a fabulous Water Park seven miles away. All this without all the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Refund policy: if cancel with more than 45 days until check in, refunded total deposit minus 20% for handling charges.
