Located in the quaint town of Grand Rivers, Kentucky, centrally located between Kentucky Dam and Barkley Dam, it is the perfect place for that fishing or golf tournament stay, or just that family get away.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, you will get that well-deserved peace and quiet time away from the hectic everyday life which surrounds us all.

We have 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 double beds. All new furniture, including beds; central heat and air, washer & dryer, dishwasher; and an extra wide black top drive way for fishing boat with security light. We have a very cozy back porch with patio furniture and a charcoal grill.

We are just 1 mile from Barkley Dam boat ramp and 2.5 miles from the Kentucky Dam State Resort Park and boat ramp.
