Description

Casa Victoria is located on the North side of downtown Puerto Vallarta in a Mexican residential neighborhood. The area is family orientated and in a safe district. The Casa Victoria complex has a shared swimming pool and a large patio area at the top of the building. This is a one bedroom apartment with a king size bed in the separate bedroom area. It has a combined living and dining room area. It has a complete kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, pots and pans.
Casa Victoria is located six blocks from the beach up on a hill. It is close to all amenities like grocery stores (the nearest one, Ley, is only a 5 min. walk away), restaurants, shopping, markets, bus routes, the beach and to downtown. You can walk to the heart of downtown in about 10 minutes, and can be at the beach in 5 minutes.
