Description

This fabulous penthouse at Villa La Estancia accommodates up to 8 persons. It has a master bedroom with king sized bed, guest bedroom with 2 queen size beds, and pull out living room sofa. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Entertainment centers are located throughout. The living room has a balcony with sweeping views, and a deck with views on Lands End. There is also a full kitchen w/granite counter tops, assorted appliances and service for 8+.

From one balcony steps lead to an impressive private deck complete with jacuzzi, lounge furniture, oversized dining table, and outdoor kitchen including barbecue and fridge. The deck which is adorned with flowering plants has breathtaking panoramic ocean views that include views of Lands End. The penthouse is tastefully decorated with a variety of art, and furniture is custom, and comfortable.

The resort sits on Medano beach and a full array of beach activities are available nearby. Villa La Estancia boasts a poolside restaurant, La Parrilla and another 5 star seafood/steakhouse – La Casona. A swim up bar is included within the large multilevel pool. Food and beverage service is available for both those using the pool and loungers in the private beach area.

A quality exercise gym is open for guests and a luxurious spa is free for guests to enter daily. Amenities include jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and loungers. The resort includes adjacent coffee and expresso shop, grocery/liquor store, fine art and jewelry shops, ice cream vendor and DVD rentals. Villa Del Palmar and Villa del Arco are next to Villa La Estancia and provide further dining, swimming and entertainment options.

Good restaurants abound nearby, and downtown shops and nightlife are a short walk or drive away. Snorkeling, para sailing, jet skis, boat rides, and world famous fishing excursions are all easily accessible. The resort concierge services will be happy to assist you in making arrangements for all activities.

This penthouse has been in my family since it was built several years ago. We take great pride in maintaining this top quality luxury rental.
