Description

The Solmar is a 5 star, Gold Crown Resort located on the tip of Baja California on the Pacific side with the famous Arch a short walk away. It is not one of those huge resorts where you can never be alone to enjoy it’s beauty. The Resort has 3 pools, 2 swim up bars, huge outdoor Jacuzzi, its own fishing and diving fleet, a Gym, tennis courts, laundry, and a 5 star restaurant. All the amenities of Cabo San Lucas are available from the staff on site.

The Condo is a Deluxe Luxury Suite on the second of two floors overlooking one of the swim up bar pools and the Pacific Ocean. Completely furnished, has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with private Jacuzzi). Has a King size bed, a Double bed and a Single. Kitchenette has all dishes, appliances, glasses, cookware, and utensils needed to dine in if you choose, or enjoy one of the many fine restaurants located close by. Two previous renters have enjoyed themselves so much; they each bought one of their own.

Cabo San Lucas is a beautiful place where films like “Planet of the Apes, ” and “Troy” were filmed.

Dates are Saturday May 15, 2010 through Saturday May 22, 2010. Time is in May each year and MAY IS A FINE TIME OF YEAR IN CABO.

Circumstances require that I consider sale, $3000 for next eight years.
