Gorgeous contemporary Mexican style beachfront home, in the El Tizate area between the popular villages of La Cruz and Bucerias (north side, Bay of Banderas.)

Spend your Puerto Vallarta area vacation in the area that so many are relocating to! Close enough to the city to enjoy its attractions when you want, but in a more tranquil, laid-back location that still has fantastic restaurants, wonderful local culture and Nayarit’s famous beaches!

This beautiful home is only 2 years old and was just put back on the nightly vacation market after a year of full-time use. If you haven’t experienced vacationing in a well-appointed home, rather than hotel or condo, you owe it to yourself to see the difference!

Casa Kaeli is a 3-level oceanfront home with lots of indoor/outdoor living and a sparkling private infiniti pool just steps from the sand beach. Everything you could want in a tropical vacation home, right down to the margarita glasses!

The main living area has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that “telescope” to either side, completely opening the house to the waterfront open-air dining & grill palapa; this home was designed especially with casual entertaining in mind. Evenings at Casa Kaeli are truly magical, with the lights of Banderas Bay (Bucerias, Nuevo Vallarta & Puerto Vallarta) twinkling all around you!

The open kitchen features custom primavera cabinets and a dramatic 8′ solid granite island. An oversized dining table made from antique mesquite wood accommodates many for wonderful “al fresco” dinners.

The indoor living area has a flatscreen tv and plenty of seating. Wireless internet is here for your convevnience, plus dvd & CD players.

There are two master suites: one on the main floor and another on the top level (this one is a self-contained studio suite with dramatic soaring palapa ceiling overhead). Two guest rooms are on the (lower) pool level, and share a palapa-fringed poolside terrace. Just a few steps down, and you’re on a small grassy area with tiny shade palapa and the sand beach beyond. You can literally walk for MILES on this beach, plus the water is great for swimming etc.

There is a large garage with this property,plus an additional off-street parking space. Our beloved maid, Feliz (she’s cared for our homes in this area for 14 years & is like a family member) comes in 3 times per week to do the housekeeping; her husband provides daily pool care.

Everything about Casa Kaeli…quality custom furnishings, beautiful finishes: travertine & conchuela stone, granite, stained concrete, in-laid stone, stainless steel appliances, and unique light fixtures, Mexican art pieces…it’s all very cool and uniquely designed for your laid-back yet luxurious tropical stay!

RATE NOTES :

$2450 – $3150 per week

$350/night: use of 2 levels, 3 bdrms & up to 6 people.
$450/night: entire house, 3 levels, 4 bdrms & up to 8 people.

As available, you may rent Casa Kaeli by the month at a discount: $8000/Nov – May, $5000/June – Oct
