This house is a new rental this year (2009) and is located on 250 feet of beach. It is surrounded by pines. The house is secluded from the road. There are 4 parking spots aside the driveway and a 2 car garage. The lake is shallow in this area and swimmable. You can walk the beach for a mile. There’s a grass yard and private sand yard facing the beach with a fire pit and volley ball. Little Bay De Noc offers one of the best fishing spots for Walleye.There are snowmobiling and ATV trails available. Dog sledding races pass by in winter. This house is located about 5 blocks from the Ford River Boat launch. There is a convenience store and pub 3 blocks away and another bar & restaurant on the lake 1 mile away. Chip-In Casino is only a 25 minute ride. There are golf-courses within 20 minutes. This house is located just 6 miles south of Escanaba MI. Mackinac Island is a beautiful 3 hour drive away. A bike path is at the end of the driveway (old bikes available).

The house was built in 1996 and features cherry, pecan, and black walnut paneling. 3 full baths. Master bedroom and 3rd bedroom have queen beds, 2nd bedroom- double-bed bunk beds, sun room and deck, and Master bedroom face the lake. There is a fireplace. Full kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposal, micro,washer, dryer, towels, bedding, fridge, mini fridge in sun room, satellite TV, 6 foot low basement with ping-pong. No A/C. No smoking or pets.
