This chalet sits on forty acres and overlooks a small 7 acre pond, with a its own island and waterfall & fire pit!

The chalet is surrounded by trails, paths, and ponds that are stocked with Trout, Perch, Bass, bluegill….there’s even a small cabin in the back for your enjoyment!

The property abounds with wildlife, i.e. Turkey, Fox, Deer, Geese, Ducks, etc. Lots of nature sounds.

The sky is always full of stars, when weather permits..canoe rentals, shopping etc. close by.

We are 12 miles north of Cadillac MI and 22 miles south of Traverse City.
