Nestled amongst the tall pines, the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Lake Sullivan cabin is wooded and private. Prime lakeshore on a clean deep lake make the Lake Sullivan cabin the perfect choice for your vacation!

Extensive renovation completed in 2006, gorgeous knotty pine vaulted ceiling, gas fire place, deck with a gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes etc… Central air, washer and dryer and satellite TV (cable).

Enjoy 145 feet of private lakeshore with breathtaking lake views and immediate access to two of Minnesota’s premier recreational and fishing lakes. Lake Sullivan is huge with 1221 Acres of Great Swimming, Fishing, Water sports and relaxation. Lake Sullivan is connected to Platte Lake with another 1746 acres of fun! Go fishing on the dock right in the front yard!

Featuring a detached game room with a quality slate pool table, stereo system, darts, fire pit, CD boom box, 32″ TV, VCR and DVD player and satellite TV. Knotty pine finished lower level with a 19″ TV, VCR and Nintendo 64 with games.

The cabin sleeps 7 (max occupancy 10), 1-King sized bed, 1-Queen sized bed, 1-Full sized bed and a futon (loft area) that can accommodate two. There is a Full bathroom on the main floor and a 3/4 bath at the walkout level.

Lake Sullivan has two public boat launchs, bring your boat or use the provided 14′ Fishing Boat complete with oar’s and life jackets. Great swimming! Lake Sullivan has clean and clear water with a hard sandy bottom!

Cell phone coverage: Verizon, Sprint and Qwest all work.

No smoking, no parties, dogs considered on a case by case basis, $30.00 fee per pet.
