Description

This cozy cabin located in Ogilivie, MN is just 1 hour north of the Twin Cities but has the serene atmosphere of northern Minnesota! Enjoy Lewis Lake and relax in the adirondack chairs on the waterfront.

The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons. There are 2 double beds, 3 twin beds and 2 futons (convert to double beds) and couch in the family room. It has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, air conditioning, TV, DVD and VCR player, sauna, newly remodeled full bath, deck, grill, lake side fire pit, 2 swings, paddle boat, canoe, 2 kayaks and a fishing boat! The cabin is surrounded by beautiful rock gardens.

Lewis Lake is a 250 acre fully functional lake with little boat traffic. The fishing is great. You are likely to catch walleye, northern, bass, croppie and sunnies. The lake is stocked by the DNR.

This cabin can be rented by the week for $1,700 or for the weekend for $600. Three night weekends -Memorial Day or Labor Day are available for $900. The rental fee is for up to 6 guests (5 years of age or older). Each additional guest (5 years of age or older) is an additional $50 per night up to a total of 10 guests. There is no additional charge for children under 5 years of age. A damage deposit of $400 is required. Half of the rental is due at time of booking with remaining half due the week of your stay. The minimum age to rent the cabin is 25 and proof of age is required.

No pets or smoking allowed in the cabin. Arrive as early as 4pm and depart by 12pm. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to reservation. Note: until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

All watercraft is available at no charge with the exception of the fishing boats and jet ski. The jet ski and Lund fishing boat are not available for rent. However, the row boat with the outboard motor is available for $100 for a 2 night weekend, $150 for a 3 night weekend and $350 for a week rental. This includes one full tank of gas and oil. There is a public access on the east side of the lake if you choose to bring your own boat. Directions to the public access are available at the cabin.
