Description

This home is on the much sought after Whitefish Chain of fourteen lakes. This unique property owns lakefront on two of the premier lakes in the chain, Cross Lake and Rush Lake. You will have a private dock on with 150′ on Cross Lake and shared 450′ of sandy beach with a swimming dock, a common picnic area, a fire pit and a protected harbor on Rush Lake.

The home is a spacious, new, log sided, air conditioned rambler with over 1,800 square feet on one level. It features up north appeal with upscale features.

It has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and a huge center island.

It sleeps 6 and has three bedrooms with a king, a queen and double beds. The two baths both have walk in tiled showers and marble counters and the master bath has a large heated whirlpool tub. The living room/great room is vaulted and has a stone wood burning fireplace. The dining room is large and features a large attached deck. The home also includes a main floor laundry. The drive is paved and has lots of parking and a large two stall garage.

RATES: One week minimum during season, Saturday to Saturday standard during season. Deposit required with reservation. Additional guests over 6 are charged an additional rental fee. No pets.

There is a 20% discount off of the weekly rental rate for the whole time period for any rental that is over two weeks.
