All cabins come with a modern kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, utensils and more. Except soaps, kitchen and bath towels. All units are Non-Smoking Cabins

Daily rates require a 3-night minimum stay.
All cabins come with free use of a 14′ boat or dock space
An Extra Person Charge is added for each person over the number included in the Base Rate up to the maximum occupancy of each cabin.
Kids under 2 are free.
All Lodging is subject to 6.875% state and 3.0% local taxes.
All Cabins are Non-Smoking Units

We provide: sheets, blankets, pillows, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, coffee filters, microwave, charcoal grill, outdoor furniture and/or picnic table. Crib and High Chair use is Free.
We accept Visa/Mastercard, Cash, Personal or Cashier’s Checks, & Money Orders.

Pets Policy:
During our peak season (June 21st – August 16th) no pets allowed. Our “no pet’ policy applies to day guests and visitors as well. If you arrive with a pet you will be required to remove it and you will still be responsible for paying your entire bill.

During fall & spring (August 16th through October 31st and May 1st through May 31st) we allow hunting dogs and small dogs (weighing 10 lbs or less) only – although we encourage you to leave them at home. ALL dogs must have pre-approval. If you would like to bring a dog, it must have proof of shots, be flea-free, leashed, cleaned up after, and never left alone in the cabin. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

During fall & spring, we require a fee of $20/day or $140/ week per dog AND a $200 refundable pet deposit (deposit is refunded following inspection of cabin after checkout). You are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pet.

Other Resort Policies:
Sorry, no Jet Skis, Fireworks, RV’s or Camping Allowed.
No Firearms, Pellet Guns, BB Guns, or Soft Air Guns are allowed at the resort. Hunting Firearms are permitted during hunting season.
