RATES: One week minimum, Friday to Friday standard

May – $1,000/week,
$3,500/month (4 weeks)

June – $1,250/week,
$4,250/month (4 weeks)

July – $1,250/week ( $200.00 premium for the week of the 4th)
$5500.00/month (5 weeks)

August – $1,250/week
$4800/month (4 weeks)

September – $1,000/week
$3,600/month (4 weeks)

June, July, August – $13,500

Weekly rental fee is based on the month of the first day of reservation

Cabin sleeps 7+ ( 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 double/twin bunk and 1 queen sleeper) 2 bath.
No smoking and no pets
Reservation deposit – $700 non-refundable if cancellation is within 45 days before the first day of reservation
Damage deposit – $700 held until check-out inspection
Telephone and internet service is not provided for weekly rentals.
Cable television service is provided.
One television with a DVD player is provided for videos.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
Also Includes a 14 foot deep Lund fishing boat with 15 HP motor.
$100.00 cleaning fee applys to all weekly rentals.
