Description

A secluded quiet cabin nestled in the woods of northern Minnesota. Enjoy the solitude of the north woods on the shores of Lake Esquagomah.

This relaxing retreat sits on a 1.5 acre lot; it is a beautiful Cabin that will accommodate 6 people comfortably (8 if using the hide-a-bed couch). The home has one bedroom on the main level which has a queen size bed, hide-a-bed couch in the living room and a loft which has another Queen size bed, Twin bed, and a Full Size bed.

The home has a whirlpool bath tub, satellite TV, Central Air Conditioning, and an additional full bathroom in the basement.

This is a peaceful retreat that is located on Lake Esquagomah which is a good fishing lake with several other lakes hereby. The type of fish in this lake includes Sunfish, Crappies, Northerns, Walleyes and Bass. The home is located 20 miles north of Aitkin and 10 miles east of Emily.

Golf Course: Minnesota National Golf Course
Crosby: Antique Capital of the Brainerd Lakes Area with “TONS” of great shopping.
Emily: (SHOPS) Silver Creek Fur Traders, Elegant Glass Store, The Vintage Cupboard and the Bungalow in the Pines which is a wonderful place to eat.
Crosslake: This north woods community is an essential tourist destination with unique dining and Shopping.
Aitkin: Antiques shops, Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, and a new grocery store.

Rental Fee’s and Availability are as follows:

WE ARE RENTING OUR CABIN DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS (JUNE – AUGUST) FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK OR LONGER.

$1000/week
$1800/Two Week consecutive rental
$175/Night (2 Night Minimum)
RENTAL for the week of June 28 – July 5th will be at a rate of $1,200.

TWO or THREE night rental is available on the weekends for the months of October, November, December, January, February, March, April and May.

We require 1/2 down to book the cabin as a non-refundable deposit, and the 2nd 1/2 of payment will be due the day the cabin is rented or before. Additional photo’s can be e-mailed upon request.

There is dock space for your own boat; we do not have a boat for rent.

This is a NON-SMOKING CABIN.
