Charming cottage on the shores of Lake Minnetonka, a 14,528-acre lake known as a resort destination. The lake is located west/southwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul and has numerous bays and islands which make up about 125 miles (200 km) of shoreline.

Swim or fish in the summer right off the dock in Cook’s Bay (known for its walleye) or ice fish in the winter, hike, kayak or practice winter sports on ice in the winter, snow mobile, bird watch, bon fire or just enjoy the sunsets from any of the two decks. Boat, jet ski and snowmobile rentals available within minutes of property. Located in a quiet island 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis.
