Description

This is a two room walk up efficiency apartment with a walk in closet and bathroom with shower/no tub. It is furnished with a mixture of Antique and new furniture. The Queen bed and pillow top mattress are new with pretty linens. Everything on the bed is laundered after each use including the mattress cover and comforter.

It is exceptionally clean always. Non-smoking, however their is a covered front area that is perfect to catch a smoke if you are inclined to.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, paper plates and other necessary paper products. Everything that you would need for light cooking. There is a coffee pot with coffee, sugar, sweetener, coffee creamer and half and half for your morning cup.

This is a very cozy, comfy apartment for one or two adults and perhaps one child.

You will find restaurants, post office, hospital, fishing piers, beach, grocery stores within minutes walk or ride. Very centrally located. There is a city park with a walking track 3 blocks away.

The apartment rents for $65 per night or $425 per week with $100 security deposit which can be paid through Paypal or mailed.
