Description

Set at the end of country road, house is conveniently located just a mile from the Hunter Mountain ski lifts. You can actually see Belt Parkway from the front deck. Catskill’s famed hiking trails are no more than 5-6 miles away (unless you just want to hike Hunter itself – there are trails as well). At the end of the day you’ll be delighted to treat your overworked body to a 49 hydro jet outdoor hot tub.

Those that like to cook will appreciate a fully equipped cook’s kitchen as well as an outdoor gas grill on the deck adjacent to the kitchen. Your meal can be enjoyed at the oversized glass dining table or at the deck (weather permitting).

Living room has wide screen cable TV as well as upgraded audio system including an iPod docking station. Or you can just curl up with a book on Corbusier lounge chair next to wood burning stove (wood is provided). If some of you are not tired enough from the day’s activity, ping-pong, billiards and foosball are available at our game. For kids we have some kid-friendly DVDs in the game room.

For those that just can’t stay away from internet, wireless DSL is available.
For your convenience, every floor has a new/remodeled bathroom.
Loft upstairs provides an extra social “hang-out” space or can be used as a bedroom (there is a door for privacy).

Bedroom description:
Main floor: There is one bedroom (queen size bed).

Top floor: 2 bedrooms and a loft – king/queen size beds in bedrooms and a sleeping loft has two sofa beds that convert to two queen size beds. ) Master bedroom has flat screen TV.

Lower level: Fully renovated 3 smaller bedrooms: 1 of the bedroom has 2 bunk beds and can sleep 4 people. Another bedroom has a futon bed that opens up into double bed with a single bunk on the top. Third bedroom has a day bed that converts into king size bed
