Description

Beautiful modern studio located on one of the best blocks in New York’s most fashionable neighborhood – Soho.

The apartment is a large south-facing studio with AMAZING LIGHT – 6 windows face south, east and west. It has just been fully renovated and features brand new appliances (cooker, over sized fridge, remote controlled air conditioner, coffee maker, etc.). The studio also has newly installed floors, new kitchen cabinetry and the walls have just been painted.

All of the apartment’s furnishing are also new, including an L-shaped sofa which converts to a full sized bed in a matter of seconds. There is also a glass topped office desk, swivel chair, rocking chair, coffee table, shelves, cabinets and a very large wall-length closet. Linens, bedding and sheets etc. are also included and the kitchen features dishes, glassware, cookware, a blender and more. Everything you need to move in and start enjoying life downtown.

Apart from the living/sleeping space there is a separate kitchen, a small toilet plus a shower cubicle which is located off the living area. The studio faces the rear of the building and is extremely quiet -there is absolutely no traffic noise. For breakfast in the morning you can head downstairs to Vesuvio bakery – a New York landmark for over 80 years and featured in many films such as the Godfather.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

The apartment is located on Prince Street (near Thompson Street) on one of the nicest blocks in Soho. It is within a short walk of Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Washington Square Park, Tribecca and Little Italy as well as the shopping districts of West Broadway, Lower Broadway, Prince Street and Spring Street. The Spring Street subway station is located two blocks from the studio.

Terms: The apartment may be reserved in advance by paying the security deposit ($500) by check or credit card, with the balance due either in cash or a cashier’s check on the date of rental. The security deposit is refunded at the end of the rental period provided the studio has been properly maintained. I will have a short term rental agreement that you need to sign which will specify all of these terms. If you wish to stay for a longer or shorter period just e-mail me and let me know the dates you are interested in.
