Location: The property is located within a few miles of the intersection of Highway 9 and Old Fort Road, 10 miles south of Black Mountain, North Carolina. Black Mountain is an increasingly popular small town about 15 minutes outside of Asheville. The town center is roughly 15 minutes from the Chateau and is filled with small shops and stores, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Downtown Asheville is about 35 minutes and has everything a city would. You can also reach Chimney Rock and Lake Lure in less than 20 minutes heading South.
