The main floor living room has a comfortable couch, love seat and lounging chair. Additional seating pulls out from under the coffee table. The LG flat panel TV has surround sound and a DVD player allows viewing of your favorite sporting or movie events.

The dining table seats 8 and the bar stools at the counter seats 3. Cloth place mats, napkins and the 16 piece dinner ware, silverware and glassware sets allow the whole crowd to dine in style.

The fully stocked kitchen has almost everything including a Cuisinart coffeemaker with grinder, waffle maker and a hot water dispenser.
