This home is truly one of a kind. It has been decorated to capture the feeling of the beach on a grand scale. There are so many special places for gathering or solitude that will make your stay memorable.

This home sleeps 9 and is quietly located one block from the main park in Olivia Beach. The main floor has an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There is one bedroom with a full bath and access to an outside deck with southern exposure. The living room has a gas fireplace, TV/DVD and surround sound speakers. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people with 2 bench seats and 4 captains chairs. The kitchen has stainless appliances, slab granite counter tops and alder cabinetry. All bathrooms have custom tile accents. A half bathroom is conveniently located near the front door.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a media/bonus room. One room has a king bed and a full bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen and twin bed and a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The media room is a great place to retreat, relax, play a game or watch a movie.
