As you approach this home, you’ll first pass by the park. The location of this home is right across the street from the park, and here you’ll find a campfire pit, sandy volleyball court, play structure for kids, bridge over natural wetlands and lots of grass for lounging.

Continue to the home, and you’ll feel a smile spread across your face. The covered front porch invites you to venture up. Open the french doors to the living space. The living room has warm colors, a gas fireplace and a Large TV. The dining table and Kitchen are also in this open space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and lots of storage space. On this floor is the first master bedroom. The spacious room with it’s private bath will make you feel right at home.

Head upstairs, to the media space. This area has a couch, large TV and chair- perfect for movie night! There is a full bath just off this space. To the right is the bunk room, with one set of twin bunks, and one twin/full bunk. To the left of the media room is the second master bedroom. This room has a queen bed, walk-in closet and private bath. Travel down into the basement and try your hand at ping pong! This wonderful open space also has air hockey, and would be a great place to escape to late at night.

Outside is the hot tub, outdoor shower, garage and the game room above the garage. In the garage are 2 bikes and a scooter. Above the garage in the game room is a desk, TV, video games and a comfy couch to crash on.
