Welcome to Sunset 389! With incredible ocean views, this home accommodates up to 14. Anyone with allergies should beware that the homeowner does bring a cat when they use the house.

The entry level of the home features 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, bedroom 2 a King and bedroom 3 has 6 bunk beds (3 comfortable sets- with all linens provided) Continue up the stairs and be greeted by a lovely open floor plan.

Enjoy beautiful surf views from even the kitchen! The second level also offers a 1/2 bath and a large master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The third level is a spacious family room loaded with fun. It’s great for movies, games (included), and spending that special family or friend time. The family room also includes a deep mattress sleeper sofa for extra needed sleeping space.

Outside you can hop into the hot tub after a stroll on the beach or build a fire in the fire pit and make some smores. Sit on the porch swing and come watch the ocean waves and sun set at Sunset 389!
