What’s the catch?

We are renting the main floor (the entire living space) of our 4400 sq. ft. home. The lower daylight basement level of the house is my husband’s workshop where he builds guitars and teaching courses in guitar building. He needs periodic, daytime business-hours access to the shop via separate entrance. Your privacy would be protected at all times.

The garage is not available as we’re using it to store our things.
