Description

An adorable 1940’s Vintage Cottage that has been freshly renovated…restoring it back to the charm of the era. It sports beautiful vintage colors and furnishings, including antique cast iron pedestal soaking tub, cast iron fireplace (wood burning w/ wood provided), and a “library” of nostalgic books, movies and records.

The Cottage is located on a quaint, peaceful street looking across at a beautiful forested green-space, and is only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and the center of town!

There is a private hot tub and spacious deck in the back yard for those rejuvenating soaks as you enjoy the evening sunset, and a large covered deck with leisurely adirondac seating and tranquil views of the surrounding forest.

This restored vintage cottage has been decorated to reflect the charm and nostalgia of a vintage “beachy” retreat. Just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and the center of town, guests can literally walk to everything: coffee shops, restaurants, the scenic railway stop, etc. This sweet cottage has a surprisingly spacious interior, and lots of light through the two large picture windows in the “great room”, yet is still super cozy with its’ pine ceilings and rustic fir floors.
