This gorgeous brand new home is exquisitely decorated in warm colors with wonderful wood accents that are welcoming and make you feel at ease and at home immediately. Walk in the door and you are greeted by the spacious open floor plan. The living room is designed for quiet conversation or enjoying the big game with family and friends on the 37″ LCD TV. Curl up with a book or even take a nap on this really comfortable sofa and love seat. The square table would be a great place for playing a board game with the kids.

Step out the door and onto the second deck to find beautiful landscaping and your private stairway to the beach access. Come back into the dining area with its beautiful wood table which will seat two for that romantic weekend away or up to eight people. The striking gourmet kitchen is outfitted with lovely granite counter tops and stainless appliances that add to the elegance of this beautiful kitchen. The chef will delight in preparing meals on the Jenn-air range.

Off the kitchen is a half bath and another small deck. Take the stairs down to the garage and you will find the washer and dryer. And for your convenience two bicycles. So hop on and take a ride around the beautiful Olivia Beach community. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom suite. This room will take your breath away with its gorgeous queen size sleigh bed and elegant gold comforter and shams. The attached full bathroom is equally as elegant and includes his and her sinks. You can enjoy a view of the wetlands and a peek of the park through the trees.

Take the stairs to the second floor and discover two more bedroom suites. The bedroom to the right is decorated in beautiful spring greens. There is a skylight above the queen size bed for your star gazing pleasure. Step out onto the deck and take in the sounds of the surf, the ocean breeze and a peek of the park. You also have a wonderful view of the wetlands from this deck. There is a full bath attached to the bedroom for your convenience. Turn to the left and you’ll find another bedroom and full bath. The room is decorated in striking shades of green and brown with a queen size bed. There is a skylight in this room as well so you can enjoy the sound of the rain. The deck off this bedroom allows you to hear the surf and feel the breeze and overlooks the lovely landscaped hillside and private stairway to the beach access.

You can spend your day shopping at the outlet mall or the Christmas store, combing the beach and exploring the tide pools. If you still need something to do there is a multiplex movie theater just minutes away. After your busy day, relax and unwind in the hot tub with your favorite beverage.
