Welcome to Margarita Villa! Start planning a great vacation with this 4 bedroom plus bonus room piece of paradise. This beautifully furnished, pet friendly home sleeps up to 14 people!

The living room, kitchen and dining area offer a wonderful and spacious open floor plan. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or just cozy up in front of the gas fireplace.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also located on the main level. Bedroom 1 has a twin bed with trundle. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. Escape to the downstairs bonus room where there is plenty space for relaxation. Enjoy the large T.V. and oversized furniture. Tucked in the closet is an airbed, making this private area easily converted to that extra bedroom for two.

The spacious upstairs has 2 bedrooms, a relaxing loft/tv area and a full bath. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds (with trundle) and the second a queen bed. The loft area provides sleeping for four more in a deep mattress queen sleeper sofa and a daybed with trundle.

Outside you will find the wrap-around deck perfect for BBQs, lounging, and enjoying your morning coffee. The grassy backyard is perfect for your furry friends to romp in. Hung in the garage are 8 bikes, each a different size, so that the whole family can go riding. A box of sand toys, folding chairs and beach towels are another wonderful amenity of this home.
