Description

First floor – 2 bed, 2 bath condo directly on the ocean, ocean front view from balcony, living room, kitchen and master bedroom, two pools and grills on both sides of condo. Ocean Annies is next door, with a lazy river, indoor & outdoor pool, outdoor bar on the beach that has live bands everyday beginning at 1 pm and until 11 pm, which can’t be heard from the condo. Masterbed – queen, other bedroom – 2 singles and pull out trundle, family room has a queen sleep sofa. You will see via the attached pictures it is about 30 steps to the ocean.

Golf Courses within 2 miles: Dunes, Waterway Hills, Arcadian Shores. Provide own linens or towels or I can provide via a linen service for an additional $60.

Broadway on the Beach is 10 minutes, Barefoot Landing is 5 minutes. Walmart, Tangier Outlets, Bass Pro is 2 miles away.

Fall and winter weekly rates:
October Rate – $400 week.
