Come enjoy your stay at 16-55th Avenue, nestled in Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. 16-55th Avenue will offer a tranquil escape and a wide array of amenities. While you relax and enjoy your time with your family and friends, you will be making memories that you’ll never forget.

16-55th Avenue is adjacent to a beach access path which leads to six miles of sandy beaches on the Isle of Palms. The short walk on the beach access connects directly to the beach. The beach house is three houses back from the beach.

Your future beach home has six comfortable bedrooms consisting of two kings, four queens beds, one full, one twin and one sleeper sofa. 16-55th Avenue sleeps up to 14 adults and unlimited children under the age of two. The house is a spacious 3,200 square foot. If you love sitting on a porch at the beach, 16-55th Avenue offers lots of porch space, including a front porch, a screened-in porch, and an upstairs sunning deck. During a sunny afternoon, the private sunning deck off of the upstairs master bedroom is a relaxing place to catch few rays of South Carolina sunshine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, spices, and dishes. A center island provides the perfect place for a quick meal on a barstool, and the dining room provides an inviting setting to spend a little longer savoring a homemade meal at the beach. The dining room seats up to eight, and the kitchen seats an additional eight.

The downstairs family den has a large flat screened television and DVD player. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a flatscreened television. The den has high cathedral ceilings, which creates an open-feel in the den. The den is complete with a wet bar.

All clean towels and linens are provided as well as body soap, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and even sunscreen. 16-55th Avenue is a house that will ensure your comfort during your vacation.
