Charming bed and breakfast in downtown Gruene, Texas. Historic property filled with antiques. Porch full of furniture, exquisite decor, new pergola in the garden for more outdoor space. I prefer to rent per room per night with breakfast included. Rate is then $195.00 weekends, $165/night weekdays. More if additional people are in each room.

I am minutes form Schlitterbahn, and Comal River, up the hill from the Guadelupe river outfitters, across the street 1/2 block from Gruene Hall, and 12 minutes from the San Marcos outlet malls.
