Sylvania Wilderness Area offers a back to nature canoeing experience that you’ll never forget and the Porcupine Mountains State Park offers hiking/backpacking adventures along the picturesque bluffs almost unrivaled anywhere. Cabin 9 has a modern, fully-stocked kitchen (minus food), three queen size beds, one full, 2 full futons, and a 3/4 bath.

The cabin is located on 400 feet of sandy frontage on the Hardwood Watershed. Guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, bird watching, photography, and much more. Loons, eagles, offs prey, otter, geese, deer, and turkey are frequent visitors of the area. Recently, a moose was even spotted by one lucky visiting family.

Our cabin is available year round, and can be enjoyed in every season.

Summer vacations in the U.P. are unsurpassed. Visit Piers Gorge for a hike along the waterfalls, or take a white water rafting trip. The area has many scenic opportunities.

Winter enthusiasts can ride snowmobiles with trails connecting the entire u.p. and northern Wisconsin. There are 2 ski hills, plus cross country ski trails. Snowshoeing, and ice skating are winter activities nearby also. Atv riders are welcome as well with many trails for your riding fun. The fall brings the beauty of the colored leaves, and hunters can enjoy the outdoors, while coming back to a cozy cabin.

A roomie 6 bedroom, 4 bath 3 kitchen house, 3 washers, 3 dryers. The house has a jacuzzi, 3500 sq ft of walkout deck, deck furniture, grills.

You can relax and enjoy your peaceful day as you watch nature do its thing. A wooded lot with lots of room for a volleyball net. Plenty of room for parking, and a basketball hoop for the gamers.

Located in southern Michigan close to over 100 miles of bicycle trails leading north to the state game and fishing reserve. Minutes away from great shopping and dinning. Swiss valley ski resort is only 10 min to the north. Shipshawana flea market is 20 minutes to the east. The University of Notre Dame is 20 minutes to the west.

For the Notre Dame football fans we book game weekends.

And for the nature folk the Michigan state game and fishing reserve up by Swiss Valley ski resort is only minutes away, And the beautiful country roads on the way north to the reserve are great bike trails there fall foliage is BREATHTAKING.

The normal rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Please plan to check-out no later than 10:00am Saturday morning so that the cottages can be made available to incoming guests by 3:00pm.
