Description

This log cabin is placed 75 feet off the bluff on the south shore of Lake Superior 37 miles east of Superior Wi on Highway 13.

The cabin is newly built and is one of a kind on the south shore. The view we believe is the absolute best on the entire south shore and maybe on the entire lake.

The cabin is laid out to bring the outside in as views of the lake are seen from every room. The sunsets are incredible through the months of March – November. The property has over 330 feet of private beach consisting of all sand and rock. The water temperature is great for swimming during the summer months.

Activities in the area include great fishing, canoeing, kayaking and biking (you can rent bikes in near-by Herbster). Discover the hidden hiking trails of Orienta Falls and Twin Falls as well as along the shores of Lake Superior right outside your door or along Quarry Beach in town. You are minutes away from the Brule and Iron Rivers as well as the Sea Caves of the Apostle Islands (Bayfield-40 minutes). If you like to boat, the Port Wing Marina has everything you need and it is just 3 miles away.

For Winter enthusiasts there is great skiing (Spirit Mountain is just 40 minutes away) snowshoeing, and snowmobiling trails.

Why consider the crowds, the cold, and zero sunsets of the north shore when you can have it all and only two and one half hours from the twin cities.

The price of this home is $250.00 per nite (2 nite-minimum) $1200 per week, and $4000 per month and does have dish tv and sound system.
