The Peninsula Lake House is being offered for the first time for Summer 2009, so many prime times are still available!

Totally modern, the lake house is only 2 hrs from Chicago and 20 mins from Milwaukee. With 3 comfortable and bright bedrooms, 6 queen/full sized beds, you can bring the whole family!

What makes the Peninsula so special? The house has excellent furnishings, with new, large leather couches, LCD HDTV, high-quality BRAND NEW BEDS AND LINENS, and a pool table. Kids can play in the large, level back yard.

All-sport Pewaukee Lake is one of the most exclusive lakes in Wisconsin. There are great waterfront restaurants/bars within walking distance. Boat the lake and check out some of Milwaukee’s most expensive mansions. There’s a fire pit and gas grill provided.

Other features: large windows, dishwasher, two baths, and a sunny patio. Home also has central A/C, Cable TV, DVD, High-Speed Wireless Internet. If you get a rainy day? Don’t worry the house is near an indoor water park.

From $1200 (fall/winter/spring) to $2200 per week (summertime).
